It is our tradition to celebrate, on the first Sunday in June, the beginning of Cherokee Park United Church, a merger of St. John’s United Church of Christ and Cherokee Heights Presbyterian Church. This is our 49th anniversary. We also celebrate milestones in membership, our new high school graduates (if we have any), and following worship, enjoy a tantalizing roast beef dinner (vegetarian dishes included.)
